Joanne a personal trainer and also a full-time mom, has experiences in the fitness industry for more than 16 years has never imagined life without fitness in it. From competitive canoe sprint, and canoe polo captain, she has also been in various other sports such as netball.
Passionate about what she does, and through all the experiences she has over the years, her goal is to journey her clients, friends and family to have a safe but yet progressive fitness journey ahead where goals are met.
Being an active mum of two, she now has a stronger believe that fitness and healthy living should never be intimidating, but enjoyable and also sustainable.
